The first of four winners from Oregon State. 
Tuaolo was named Pac-10 Conference First Team twice. As a senior he was a finalist for the Lombardi Award and Outland Trophy. He was a second round 1991 draft pick of the Green Bay Packers and also played for the Minnesota Vikings, Atlanta Falcons, Buffalo Bills, Jacksonville Jaguars and Carolina Panthers during a nine year NFL career. He was on the Falcons Super Bowl XXXIII team.
