Reed is the University of Oregon’s all time sack leader (with 29.5, fourth in PAC-10 history), and  holds the school record for tackles for loss at 51.5.  A 2008 All-American and two-time first-team Academic All-American during his college career he was also finalist for the Ted Hendricks Award in 2008. A seventh round draft pick by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2009 NFL Draft, he played in 23 games over two seasons with the Seahawk, Bucs, and Bears. After his pro football career, he joined the military and is currently serving his country in the United States Air Force.
